We're excited to welcome our newest team member, Shenoa Larson. With a warm personality, strong background in customer service, and deep community roots, we're proud to welcome her at our Barrett office as a Customer Service Representative.
Shenoa attended Alexandria Technical College for IT, however she's always known her true passion lies in working with people. Over the years, she has built an impressive background in customer service; working in restaurants, call centers, and training roles. Shenoa says, "I love helping people and connecting with them."
Shenoa was born in Verndale and graduated from Verndale High School. Because her father was a pastor, she attended six different schools growing up, an experience she credits with teaching her how to adapt and connect quickly with others. “Moving around so much really taught me to appreciate people and build new relationships wherever I go,” she says. Today, she’s excited to put those skills to work in Barrett, serving customers with the personal care and attention they deserve.
Outside of Star Bank, Shenoa is a proud mom of three. She stays busy with family life, enjoys being active in her church, and even works part-time in a nursery. She loves camping, fishing, and reading (and has a hidden talent - speed reading!) At home, life is lively with her three dogs and four cats, who keep her family on their toes. And when football season rolls around, you’ll find her cheering proudly for the Minnesota Vikings.
Shenoa is excited to bring her customer service skills, love of people, and positive energy to her new role at Star Bank Barrett. “This is a new chapter for me,” she shares. “I’m really looking forward to meeting our customers and being part of a team that cares so much about the community.”
