Please join us in welcoming Natalie Bednar to Star Bank as a Customer Service Representative in our Wheaton office.
Natalie grew up in Wheaton and now lives in Morris, making her very familiar with the communities we serve. She was drawn to Star Bank because she was looking for a long-term career opportunity where she could continue to learn, grow, and build relationships. In her first week, she was surprised by just how much there is to learn in banking and has enjoyed seeing so many familiar faces walk through the doors. She's excited to continue expanding her knowledge, strengthening her customer service skills, and getting to know even more customers.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially at her family cabin where weekends are often filled with boating and bonfires. She loves reading true crime books, creating diamond art, and listening to true crime and Christian podcasts. For Natalie, great customer service means greeting people with a smile, making them feel welcome, and helping them find the answers they need.
