We are pleased to welcome Melissa Epperson to our Elbow Lake office as a Customer Service Representative.
Melissa brings valuable professional experience from the pharmacy field, where she developed strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and a commitment to helping individuals navigate important needs with care and accuracy. She is excited to begin her career in banking and looks forward to helping the community with their financial needs.
As a CSR, Melissa is especially looking forward to learning and growing within banking while building meaningful relationships with customers and the community. She enjoys getting to know people and takes pride in providing a positive and supportive experience for those she serves.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys reading, knitting, and spending time with her family, including her two daughters, who are active in ballet. This summer she’s going to see if she has a green thumb by trying gardening, starting with cut flowers and vegetables.
We are excited to have Melissa on the team and look forward to the contributions she will make in Elbow Lake.
