Welcome, Esther Betz to our Wheaton offices as the newest Customer Service Representative.
Esther has been enjoying her first few weeks at Star Bank and says every day brings something new to learn. As she settles in, she's been surprised by some of the behind-the-scenes aspects of the banking world...like how much coin is handled every day and that the vault is quite different from what is portrayed in the movies!
She is excited to learn more about the teller role, working the drive through, and most importantly getting to know the customers and community we serve. Esther looks forward to building relationships, and providing friendly, personalized service that defines the Star Bank experience.
Outside of work, Esther enjoys leaning into her creative side by crocheting and sewing, with a special passion right now for making baby clothes. When she's not crafting, she enjoys spending time with her husband, swimming, hiking, and making shopping trips to Fargo.
