
We’re excited to introduce James Lindstrom, our newest team member at Star Bank! James joins us as IT Support, serving all 11 of our office locations.
James has been passionate about computers and technology from a young age. He even built his first computer at just 13 years old. That early curiosity led him to study computer technician work at Ridgewater College and build his career in IT support.
In his role at Star Bank, James is responsible for keeping our technology systems running smoothly across all locations. From maintaining network security to troubleshooting day-to-day issues, he ensures our employees have the tools they need to serve customers efficiently. His work behind the scenes helps us deliver safe, reliable, and seamless banking experiences for our customers.

James and his wife live in Maple Lake with their dog, cat, and bearded dragon. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and exploring new hobbies. Whether he’s 3D printing, experimenting with his home server, fishing, or bowling, James is always learning and trying new things. As a history enthusiast, his bucket list includes traveling abroad to explore historic sites, new places, and different cultures.
