Please join us in welcoming Jasmine Cluney to the Star Bank Verndale team as our newest Loan Assistant!
In her role, Jasmine works alongside lender Raye Ludovissie, helping prepare loans for closing, verifying information, and supporting customers throughout the loan process. As she settles into her new position, Jasmine says she’s enjoyed learning the many moving parts and processes of banking.
One thing that has stood out to her already is the strong relationships the bank has with its customers. “I was surprised by how well the bank knows their customers. It’s not something you find at every business,” she shared. “Everyone has been very welcoming, and I’m enjoying learning something new every day.”
A Verndale native, Jasmine now lives in Wadena with her family and a full house of pets, including dogs, a cat, snakes, a gecko, tarantulas, and even a pigeon...and more! Her love for animals started early, inspired by her childhood hero, Steve Irwin. She even spent several years breeding and selling tarantulas.
When she’s not at work, Jasmine enjoys creative hobbies like crocheting, cross-stitching, coloring, gaming, and reading fantasy and sci-fi books. If there’s one thing she cannot live without, it’s her daily Red Bull fix! At the top of her bucket list is travel. Her first stop would be Australia to visit its world-renowned zoo and see all the unique wildlife.
